Cutivate Coffee Project is officially open and brewing at 800 Manship Street—and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you in.

This new coffee concept is all about community, creativity, and collaboration. We’ve teamed up with some of our favorite local makers to bring you a coffee experience that’s anything but ordinary.

• Globally sourced, locally roasted coffee from @northshore_coffee

• A full menu of traditional espresso drinks, pour-overs, and cold brew

• Signature beverages crafted with ingredients from @fertilegroundbeer—yes, really!

Whether you’re catching up with a friend, need a quiet place to work, or just want to try something new, our cozy space is here for it. With plenty of seating and a warm vibe, it’s the perfect spot to sip, stay, and settle in.

Hours

We’re open seven days a week from 7 AM to 3 PM, and we’re staying open later some days—so come see what’s brewing.
